Just a follow up email from our conversation the other day. I just wanted to praise Helen in the Customer Service Lounge at Porsche. I frequently stop by for car washes and Helen is always super attentive, professional and enjoyable to chat with. So many times in our day to day errands we encounter perfunctory or average employees in customer service, it is refreshing to come in see Helen smiling and know she is happy to be of service. As a manager in my previous career feedback from patients on my employees was always helpful and I wanted to share with you that Helen is an exemplary employee who does a terrific job!

  Also my service manager Andy Kinner is the absolute best in the world! Thanks so much for taking the time to meet me the other day, I enjoyed chatting with you!

I recall meeting Shay when he had first purchased the dealership. Since that time I believe we have either bought or leased, one M-B, one Cayenne, and at least 5 Audi's. Thats at best I remember. I also have an '05 911, purchased up north that I have serviced with you.

For the past few years Haley Kerr is my go to sales rep. When I first met her she was calling about replacing my wife's Q5. Having been in sales management most of my career I was incredibly impressed with her follow up and understanding her customer. She has what I feel is most important in sales and that is "empathy". I even told her back then that I predicted great things for her and had I been working I would have hired her in a minute.

Early this month my wife was in a terrible car accident where her 2014 Q5 was totaled. As soon a the insurance was settled I called Haley ( I know she's only supposed to sell Porsches, but hey I'm the customer) and within a week we had a 2015 Q5 exactly the same as we had.

Three years ago I was shopping for a new "daily driver" and wanted an A5 cabriolet. She was not on board at the time and we couldn't make it work so I went over to the other side and leased a BMW. The lease was coming due so while we were finishing the Q5 paperwork I asked Haley to get me some numbers. I now have my A5 and the BMW was returned.

I just want you all to know that over the years I have been fortunate enough to have Range Rovers, Porsches, Mercedes et al and have dealt with may good dealerships. In all objectivity I believe from my experience Melbourne is without question the best, from sales to service. I get the feeling all your employees really care about the customer. I also want to recognize Andy in Porsche service. To this day when I call to have my 911 serviced he never fails to ask about my wife. Left over from her Cayenne days.

My wife and I purchased a new Audi Q5 on 12/31/13. Will Kraft was our  salesperson. He was the consummate professional. He was very knowledgable about the vehicles on question. I just wanted to take a minute and let you know what an

 incredible experience my wife and I had today at Audi Melbourne. After

 many years of owning various Lexus models, we stopped in to see what

 the Audi was like, and had an absolutely terrific experience. 

 Everyone we met was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested

 in helping us make the best purchase. We felt at home and enjoyed

 everyone we talked with, and drove away in our new Audi A5 Cabriolet. 

 Ulysses Fernandez was our sales specialist and he was great. Ian

 Brown, Forest Palmer and the others we spoke with during the day were

 all terrific as well.


 Because of this great experience, it is hard to single anyone out as

 being especially helpful, but we really think that Steve Graham was

 absolutely incredible. He spent a lot of time with us and checked with

 us several times to help answer questions and give us the information we wanted.

 Without meaning to slight any of the others, Steve was above and

 beyond anyone we have ever met in any type of sales situation, and

 while we have been considering a couple of other brands, he removed

 any doubts we might have had about our choice and made us feel so welcome. 

 We are looking forward to enjoying our new Audi now and to continue to

 be loyal customers of yours in the future. If only all of life was as

 enjoyable as today's experience was!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing an Audi A6 from Ulysses Fernandez.  Ulysses was a gentleman and explained all of the A6 vehicles to me and let me test drive the one I was interested in.

He was very good about explaining all the features of the vehicle and spent a lot of time with me at the time of delivery going over all the features of my new Audi A6.

I had the pleasant of experience of working with Jennie Boshell in purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Audi Q5 on December 111, 2013. Right from the start I was impressed by her knowledge of the vehicles for sale and the features of each vehicle. I learned a lot during my test drives and was able to come to a quick decision as to which vehicle I wanted to purchase.

The ease of negotiation process was incredible. Because I was on my lunch hour from work, and Ms. Boshell know of my time constraints, she offered to continue the negotiations over phone and through email. My husband and I returned later in the day to finalize the deal, which went smoothly. The atmosphere in the dealership was quite agreeable and it appears that you have a good team working together. Every person we came into contact with was friendly and helpful.

I also appreciated how Ms. Boshell went through the Q5 with me after all of the paperwork had been finalized to make sure I knew how to use all of the features. There is so much and it helped with my feelings of being overwhelmed in learning the ins-and-outs of my new-to-me-vehicle. She is a true asset to Audi of Melbourne.
